The size of the exhibition is wide enough for more than 300 exhibitors to participate in. They could be local or international marketers, manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, stakeholders, etc. that are in the electricity sector.
Any exhibitor that is interested in participating in the exhibition should apply using the registration/application form that is on our website www.3eelecexh.com or by filling in the paperwork with the Marketing kit that is spread to potential exhibitors.
A 3 by 3 (9m2) size booth, furniture (table and chairs), sockets (wall-plugs).

No. Exhibitors are not allowed to exchange the space allotted to them with other exhibitors or sublet it to other parties, either wholly or in part, without the written consent of the Organizer.

There are going to be B2B and B2G meetings at the exhibition that will take place at the prepared spaces for the meetings specifically.
Exhibitors can showcase their products in any form that is favorable and convenient for them and their visitors, including boxes, videos, testimonials, etc.
You can register on our website by filling in our online registration form, or you can fill in our application form papers that are inside the marketing kit.
Our exhibition floor plan is included on our website page so that exhibitors can choose which booth space and size they would like to select for the exhibition while they fill in the application/registration form that includes booth prices.

Exhibitors will be able to choose the booth size and space they want for the exhibition while registering to participate. For additional information, please refer to the terms and conditions stated by the organizer on the instructions for exhibitors.
Construction on the booth is not allowed for exhibitors. For further information, please refer to the instruction for exhibitors.
Modifications, including decoration of the booth such as applying adhesive to and painting the floor, ceiling, and pillars, are not permitted.
All exhibitors must complete the setup and move-in and display of their exhibits by the date and time stipulated by the Organizer. On special request, the organizer might be able to get a support letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related offices for the exhibitor.
Exhibitors can use their own carpet and furniture that do not cause any damage to the booth offered by the organizer; no adhesive or painting of the floor is allowed.
